How to spot a risky app
Risky apps share patterns. They copy a famous name, ask for unneeded permissions, or push you to install from a link. Moreover, they pressure you to act fast. Pause, check the developer name, and read recent reviews. If an app promises easy money or instant loans, treat it as a warning sign. Our reviews explain which checks matter for each app type.
What to do if something goes wrong
Act quickly. Uninstall the suspicious app, change passwords from a clean device, and contact your bank. Additionally, keep screenshots as evidence. Then report the incident to the official portal in your country.
Basic safety habits
Install apps only from official stores. Review permissions before you allow them. Furthermore, never share OTPs or UPI PINs. In India, report fraud quickly at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
