Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@sehatcrunch.in or +91 95481 11638 with your order number.

Returns

As Sehat Crunch Phool Makhana is a food product, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, for hygiene and food-safety reasons. We are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or a missing item, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. Please report this within [24–48] hours of delivery, along with an unboxing photo or video, to contact@sehatcrunch.in or +91 95481 11638. Claims without unboxing proof may not be eligible.

Refunds
